Coleman Advocates – nonprofit organization that has worked to improve the lives of San Francisco’s children, youth, and families for over 30 years. Their Five Year Strategic Plan, completed in 2006 clarified that their constituency is low to moderate income families in San Francisco, the majority of whom are families of color.
